The teacher tools platform built for real teacher work.
TeachSmartHQ™ is a workflow platform being built around custom teacher-facing generators. PLAAFP, Worksheet, Lesson Plan, and Parent Update Generators are live today, with Enhanced PLAAFP coming.
Built as teacher-facing generators and workflow tools, not generic prompting layers. Generators designed around actual classroom and SPED workflows.
Five generators, each one status-honest.
Status badges show exactly what’s live today and what’s still coming. No marketing fog — just where each tool actually stands.

Custom Built

Built for FERPA-conscious privacy
PLAAFP Generator™
Drop in what you already know about the student — grade, strengths, strategies, and the areas they are working on. The generator returns a strengths-first PLAAFP statement that reads like you wrote it, ready for your IEP draft.
What this generator does: produces a present-levels statement that respects the student, honors your professional judgment, and saves the hour you usually spend rewriting the same sentence five different ways.
- Strengths-first phrasing aligned with IEP best practice
- Editable output — you stay the author
Worksheet Generator™
Worksheet Generator™ lets teachers pick the grade, skill, and layout to build practice pages that read teacher-made, support accessibility, and scaffold for the student in front of them.
What this generator will do: ship differentiated, accessible-by-default worksheet artifacts in print, digital-fill, digital-click, and tap-to-color modes — for homebound students, in-class students, and everyone in between.
- Looks teacher-made, not auto-stamped
- Scaffolds built for the grade level, not bolted on
- Forever-shape ready: Arithmetic, Tables, Fractions, Geometry, Measurement, Money, Foundational
Lesson Plan Generator™
Lesson Plan Generator™ creates lesson plans with the materials — warm-ups, mini-lessons, guided practice, independent work, exit tickets, and pacing — built around the student work the lesson is supposed to produce.
What this generator will do: turn a learning objective into a full lesson the teacher can run, with concept intros, audio / AI explainers, and student-facing artifacts already wired in.
- Concept intro through exit ticket in one generator
- Materials and scaffolds built in, not bolted on
- Pairs with Worksheet Generator™ for the student-facing work
Assessment Generator™
Assessment Generator™ builds assessments from your objective and the work students have already done — mixed item types, fair point weighting, and an honest alignment check that flags any item that doesn’t measure the objective.
What this generator does: produces ready-to-use assessments with access accommodations that change how a student shows what they know without lowering the bar.
- Mixed item types with fair point weighting
- Alignment check flags items that miss the objective
- Access accommodations built in, not bolted on
Parent Update Generator™
Parent Update Generator™ helps teachers draft warm, professional, specific parent updates from the student work already in the platform, on the cadence the teacher chooses: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom.
What this generator does: turns the student work the platform already has into parent updates that sound like the teacher wrote them — on a cadence the teacher controls.
- Teacher-chosen cadence (weekly, biweekly, every 4 weeks, custom)
- Built from real student work, not generic templates
- Warm tone, professional language, edit-before-send
StepIn™
StepIn™ turns the same work a teacher already generates into a guided, tap-to-answer surface a student works through on their own screen — big friendly answer tiles, one step at a time, in class or at home.
What StepIn™ will do: hints that nudge without ever giving the answer, an oversized “I need help” button that quietly tells the teacher, and the same guided surface for math, reading, and more — new subjects are content, not new code.
- Tap-to-answer practice built from the teacher’s own assignment
- Hints nudge, never reveal — and stuck students can ping their teacher
- Per-seat add-on across every tier

Watch the PLAAFP Generator™ work.
The platform doesn’t stop at five generators.
These are the broader systems being built into the TeachSmartHQ™ experience.
Saved Drafts Dashboard
Saved draft workflows are part of the broader member experience being built into TeachSmartHQ™. Final scope and plan-level behavior described only where the live member system currently supports them.
Team Collaboration
Team plans currently include 3 seats, shared generation pools, and granted teammate access. Broader team-collaboration features are on the roadmap and should not be presented as live yet.
District-Readiness Baseline
Built to support FERPA compliance and FERPA-aligned from the start — server-side PII scrubbing, audit logging, 30-day retention and purge, and role-based access controls. Practices built in, so school and district pilots run without compliance retrofits.
Universal Inclusion Baseline
Every generator outputs print, digital-fill, digital-click, and tap-to-color modes — baseline from inception, not bolted on. Built for the student who needs it most, by default.
Top-Up Generation Packs
Power-user purchase option for Elite and Max subscribers who need more generations than the monthly cap. Coming after launch.
School & District Pilots
Institutional pilots include implementation support, rollout planning, and training-of-trainers conversation. Inquire now — programs begin at launch.
A teacher workflow platform, not a generic AI layer.
The goal is to support the documents, lessons, and differentiated materials teachers already have to produce.
Built around real teacher problems.
Every generator is meant to solve a real teacher problem first: PLAAFPs that read like you wrote them, worksheets that look teacher-made, and lessons with materials built in.
Print, digital-fill, click, tap-to-color.
Print, digital-fill, digital-click, and tap-to-color modes are part of the student-facing artifact direction from day one. Built for homebound and chronically absent students from the start.
Status labels you can read at a glance.
PLAAFP, Worksheet, Lesson Plan, and Parent Update Generators are live. Assessment and Enhanced PLAAFP are in build — each with a clear status label.

Get classroom-facing outputs and stronger starting drafts — not generic suggestions that still need two hours of work to use.
